Tommy Edwards

Tommy Franklin Edwards 83, of Starke passed away Sunday, April 13, 2014 at his residence. He has lived in Starke all of his life, born January 1, 1931, to the late Lacy and Carrie Dean Edwards also worked as a Foreman for the City of Starke. He is a member of the Grace United Methodist Church of Lawtey. Mr. Edwards is preceded in death by his brother and sister and a son Robert Edwards.
He is survived by his wife: June Starling Edwards of Starke; Daughter: Alicia Padgett (John) of Starke; Sons: Larry Edwards (Kathy) of Valrico, Fla, Lionel Edwards (Lynn) of Virginia, 12 Grandchildren, and 17 Great Grandchildren.
Funeral Services for Mr. Edwards will be held Friday, April 18, 2014 at 11:00am at the Archer Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Rev. Gary Rowell. Burial will follow at Elzey Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday night from 6-8:00pm. Archer Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements. 386-496-2008.
