Tammy Marie Gregoire

Tammy Marie (Ledford) Gregoire, age 52, of Gainesville, passed away on November 12, 2022, at the North Florida Regional Hospital in Gainesville. Tammy was born on December 7, 1969, to Jimmy Ledford and Joanne (Hardee) Dippel. She grew up in Alachua County and graduated from Eastside High School. She went to work at the University of Florida with her mother at the age of 15. She worked with UF for almost 20 years before she opened her own business, University Tree Service. For the last 2 years, Tammy has been working for Alachua Fracture as a quality control specialist. She loved shopping, cooking, and spending time with family. She was preceded in death by her mother, Joanne, and her grandmother, Mary Ann Griffis; uncle, Jack Hardee; and her rottweiler, Roxy

Tammy is survived by her daughter, Ashley Cassels (Justin Dampier) of Gainesville; husband, Gregory Gregoire of Gainesville; father, Jimmy Ledford of Hawthorne; brother, James Ford; aunt, Carla Benton of Jasper; her significant other, James Dampier of Gainesville; and the father of her daughter, Paul Cassels; numerous extended family also survive.

A funeral to honor Tammy’s life will be held on Saturday, November 19, at 1:00 pm at Archer-Milton Funeral Home, Lake Butler. The family will receive friends for a visitation beginning at 12:00 pm at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Archer-Milton Funeral Home, Lake Butler. 386-496-2008
