Royce Albert Shaw

Royce Albert Shaw of Lake Butler, FL lost his battle with cancer on September 3, 2017. He was born April 10, 1936 to the late Royce and Eulia Shaw. Royce proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was employed by the State of Florida for over 34 years. Royce worked as a park ranger, Deputy Sheriff, and at the Department of Corrections. He enjoyed raising cattle, horses, and farming. Royce loved his family, friends, and his church. He is preceded in death by his brother, Eugene Shaw. Royce leaves his family to cherish his memory.
Royce is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, Marie Shaw. He is survived by two sons and one daughter; Jack Royce Shaw, James Albert Shaw, and Glenda Shaw Benton all of Lulu, FL. Two grandchildren; Jared Benton and Nicole Shaw. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren. Royce was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew him.
