Robert Yanchuk

Robert L Yanchuk, of Lake Butler, Florida, and Commack, New York, joined his beloved wife Tina, in heaven, on May 6, 2023. He was 69.  

Born to Jennett Godfrey and Maurice George Yanchuk on January 2, 1954, Bob was a devoted husband, son, father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother.  His love of cars, trucks, and any other thing with a motor and his expertise was often sought by many.    He was an Ace mechanic, and a faithful follower of anything Harley Davidson.  Later in life Bob had begun following his lifelong dream of achieving his certification in Ham Radio, achieving his Amateur License just last year.  He took great joy in being able to talk with people all over the world via Ham and kept a map with pins noting how far he had reached out.

His successful search and reuniting with his oldest son Daniel, made him feel blessed, as he looked forward to the years to come with his entire family together.  Bob leaves behind his children, Daniel Yanchuk of Pennsylvania, Brian and his wife Vada, Kenneth and his wife Kira, Corie Lyn and Daniel.  His grandchildren, Auriahna, Sehrenia, Vanora, Colin, Cooper, Vanessa, Joseph, Jacob, Veronica, Rose, Calvin, and Vivian and 7 Great Grandchildren.  His sister Susan Fierro and her husband Joseph, his brother William and his wife Angela, and his brother George, his nieces and nephews, Caitlin, Aaron, Brian, Jennifer, Danielle, John, and Michael.  He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother John and Johns wife Patricia.
