Rhett Carson Green

July 5, 2022 — September 21, 2024

Brooker

Rhett Carson Green, a radiant soul born on July 5, 2022, in Middleburg, Florida, tragically passed from this life, directly into the arms of Jesus, on September 21, 2024. To be so little Rhett lived a very “BIG” life in Brooker, leaving behind a legacy filled with joy and love who lived every moment with the spirit of a true adventurer.

At only two years old, Rhett captivated us all with his infectious smile, unique character and boundless energy. He was a spirited child who embraced the outdoors with unyielding enthusiasm, whether it was playing in the mud, scouting for deer and turkeys, taking a “ride” on a tractor, truck, side by side - or basically anything with wheels. He would emphatically announce, "There's Papa" at every white truck that would pass. The thrill of nature was second to none for Rhett, who was filled with confidence and courage beyond his years. Rhett had a heartwarming bond with his chocolate lab, Goose, and his laughter would fill the air as they played. That same joy would come when Rhett would have popsicles of a kind, or decided it was time for "milk and trolls" (Paw Patrol). He also greatly enjoyed his "Woody and Buzz", playing with his cousins and his best friend Jayce.

One could always count on Rhett to spread love and affection; his hugs and kisses were nothing short of heart-melting. He was full of life, always finding joy in simple moments, leaving an indelible mark on everyone who knew him.

Rhett is lovingly described by his Mama as being “everything we could have ever possibly imagined”. His vibrant spirit will forever echo in the hearts of his loving family: his Daddy and Mama, Spencer and Grayce Green; his Papa and Gigi, Doug and Michelle Green; his Mimi, Stacey (Wally) Blankenship; Pops and Gigi (Scott and Jamie Girgis); Lolli (Lisa Morris); and Grampy and Nana (Stanley and Mary Jane Green). He also leaves behind Papa and Nana (Dean and Sally Traylor); Mema (Judy Sheldon); Grandma (Michelle Craft); Aunt and Uncle Cassidy and Travis Ledger; Aunts and Uncles, Brittney (Travis Goodbread) Girgis, Hunter (Destiny) Thomas, Riley (Kierstyn) Girgis, and Aunt BayBay, Bayleigh Girgis; Cash Terrell; and TJ Howard.

Rhett was welcomed into Heaven by his great-great grandmother, Ruby Rebecca Girgis, who will be watching over him as he continues to explore and play in an eternity filled with love.

On September 25th at 6pm there will be a private service for immediate family at the Belle Oaks Barn chapel (Brooker, FL). From 8-9pm a Celebration of Life will be held at the barn where friends and family will gather to honor Rhett’s unforgettable spirit, laughter, and share their cherished memories. It is kindly requested that guests wear “happy” colors (no black please). In lieu of floral arrangements, the family requests flowers or plants that can be planted in a garden in memory of Rhett.

Though his two years on this earth was far too brief, the joy and light Rhett brought into the world will live on forever in the hearts of those he adored. As Rhett would say, “to infinity and beyond”.
