Murl "Mutt" Price

Murl "Mutt" Price 82, of Lake Butler passed away peacefully Saturday, July 12, 2014 at the VA Hospital in Gainesville after an extended illness. He was born in Brooker, living most of his life in Lake Butler. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was the son of the late William H. and Jessie Mae Price, member of the V.F.W of Lake Butler and Masonic Lodge #586. Mutt was a very likeable person; He would extend his hand to anyone in need. He is preceded in death by 6 brothers and sisters.

He is survived by his daughter: Andrea Clinkscales (Milton) of Commerce GA; 2 Sons: Michael H. Price (Karen) of Davenport FL and John T. Price of Quincy, Fla.; Brother: Roscoe Price of Plant City, Fl; 3 grandchildren: Amberlee, Eric, and Caleb, 6 great grandchildren

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 16, 2014 in the Archer Funeral Home Memorial Chapel at 11:00am. The Family will receive friends an hour prior to the service.
