Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Alford

Sarah Elizabeth Alford, a precious mother and grandmother peacefully passed away at St. Vincents Hospital in Jacksonville, FL on August 29, 2013 at the age of 79. Sarah was born in Tennessee on October 18, 1933. She was known for the love and kindness she gave to all of her family and friends. She was survived by Daughters: Patricia A. Brant (Johnny), and Pamela S. Buckhalter (Gene). Grandchildren: Regina Frazier (Anthony) and Gregory Downs, Jr. Great Grandchildren: Christian Downs and Skylar Downs. Brother/Sister: Cecil Staggs and Linda Emler residing in Tennessee. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 1, 2013 from 3pm to 5pm at Archer Funeral Home, 55 North Lake Ave. Lake Buttler, Florida 32054. Funeral services will take place at Archer Funeral Home on Monday, September 2, 2013 at 11am. The Family would also like to give a special thanks to the staff of St. Vincents Hospital for their support and exceptional care during this difficult time.
