Mr. James Osteen 83 of Glen St Mary passed away peacefully on October 4, 2015 at the Suwannee Valley Care Center in Lake City. He was born in Union County to the late Mr. Percy Osteen & Mrs. Ida Southerland Osteen. He lived most of his life in the Baker County area. Mr. Osteen retired as a supervisor for the Department of Transportation. He was preceded in death by his first wife Beatrice Manning Osteen, a son Jimmie J. Osteen (husband of Judy) and two brothers Howard & R.A. Osteen.

Services will be held Wednesday, October 7, [email protected] 1:00 pm at the Christian Fellowship Temple in Macclenny, Florida. Visitation will be Tuesday, night October 6, 2015 from 6-8 pm at Archer Funeral Home. Burial will follow in South Prong Cemetery in Sanderson.
