Mildred Dansie Copeland

Mildred Dansie Copeland, 93 of Lake Butler passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at her residence from an extended illness. Mrs. Copeland was born on January 23, 1921 in Salt Lake City, Utah to the late Mahonri Danise and Estella Starling Dansie. She was a homemaker; she was a lifetime member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, currently of the Lake Butler Ward. She is preceded in death by a son: David Copeland.

Mrs. Copeland is survived by her loving husband of 72 years: William O. Copeland; Seven daughters: Ellen Virden, Mary Porter (Robert), Donna Milton (Glenn), Christine Bradberry (George), Nancy Price (Tom), Barbara Trambley, and Sarah Hill (Mark);
Two sons: Tommy Copeland and James Copeland (Carolyn); Brother: Wesley Dansie; Sisters: Dorothy Dansie and Stella Benson; 36 grandchildren, numerous Great grandchildren and Great Great grandchildren.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Copeland will be held Saturday, May 31, 2014 at 11:00 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Lake Butler Ward. Burial will take place at 2:30 pm after the funeral in the Jacksonville Memory Gardens, 111 Blanding Blvd. Orange Park, FL 32073. Family invites friends for visitation at 10:00 am an hour prior to funeral services at the church.
