Melvin "Rob" Eberle

Melvin Warren Eberle "Rob" 66, of Worthington Springs passed away Monday, April 6, 2015 at his residence. He was born on September 11, 1948 in Sebring, Florida to the late Russell Eberle and Hazel Thomas Eberle. Mr. Eberle served in the U.S. Army for six years and then went to work for Reception and Medical Center where he retired as a correctional officer. He enjoyed spending most of his time hunting and fishing. He is preceded in death by his brother Donald Eberle.
Mr. Eberle is survived by his sister Ruth Gibson; Niece: Terri Doughman (Jason) of Lake Butler; Nephew: Shawn Gibson of Gainesville, Richard Eberle of Lake Butler, and Russell Eberle of Arizona.
Funeral Services for Mr. Eberle will be held Friday, April 10, 2015 at 11:00am at Archer Memorial Chapel with Rev. Randall Griffis officiating. Burial will take place following funeral services at Crosby Lake Cemetery in Starke, Florida. Family invites friends for a visitation Thursday, April 9, 2015 from 6 to 8pm at Archer Funeral Home.
