Margaret Harrell Crawford

Mrs. Margaret Harrell Crawford, age 91, of Lake Butler, Florida went to be with the Lord on January 27, 2022. She passed peacefully at home surrounded by her girls following a brief illness. She was born on December 31, 1930, in Hazelhurst, Georgia. She was a homemaker, a loving mother, and grandmother. Mrs. Margaret was a faithful member of Harmony Free Will Baptist Church and active in the ladies auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Kenneth Crawford, and her granddaughter, Daci Griffin Nail.

Mrs. Crawford is survived by her two daughters, Marcia (David) Griffin of Baxley, GA, and Margie (Doug) Coburn if Lake Butler, FL. She was Nanny to her grandchildren, K.C. (Jessi), Mary Beth, Hannah (Chris), Kent, and great-grandchildren, Graci, Krissi, Lexi, Rylee, Kenlee, Carter, Kane, Kloe, Case, and Charlee.

Funeral services for Mrs. Crawford will be held on Sunday, January 30, at 3:00 pm at her church, Harmony Free Will Baptist Church. The family will receive friends for a visitation beginning at 2:00 pm at the church. She will be laid to rest at Fort Call Cemetery in Worthington Springs. Rev. Larry Clyatt, Rev. Paul Davis, and Rev. Bob Brown will officiate her services.
