Madison Nicole Sams

Madison Nicole Sams was involved in an ATV accident, passing away as a result of her injuries on Friday, July 7, 2017. For the past 12 years, she's lived in Lawety, Florida with her parents and younger brother. Madison was born in Gainesville, Florida on February 18, 2002; she is 15 years old. Madison attended Union County schools for most of her life, having attended Northside Christian Academy for the past year. Madison's hobbies included baking, nail art/design, creative crafts, and she loves nature and animals. Madison was involved in softball and cheerleading. Madison is survived by two grandmothers, Margaret Sams and Carolyn Yarbrough, her mother and father Stacy and Robert Godwin, her brothers Hunter, Robbie Jr., and Josh Godwin. She is also survived by multiple aunts, uncles, cousins, Madison's animals Gracie, George, and Bentley. Madison attended Bayless Highway Church with her family. Visitation will begin at 10am on Thursday, July 13 with a service beginning at 11am, taking place at Archer Funeral Home. Dale Wiseman will officiate. Pallbearers are Robbie Godwin Jr., Josh Godwin, Justin Tyler, Joshua Tucker, Aaron Smith, and Troy Rizer. Madison lights up every room she walks into, is always laughing, and shared so much love with so many people. Rest in Peace Maddie <3
