He is survived by one sister Stella May Jackson of Pennsylvania. Three children. Stella Vega (Jose) of Cottondale Florida. Leonard Feflie (Jessica) of Alford Florida. Nicole Howe of Pennsylvania. Seven grandchildren. Adryanna Flowers (Zech), Sylvia Vega, Catherine Vega, Jose Vega, Haley Feflie, Afton Howe, and Conner Parry. Great grandchildren. Stella Flowers, Sean, and Hopelynn.
