Kelly Wright Griffis

Kelly Wright Griffis, 55 of Raiford Fl, passed away Monday, May 26, 2014 at her residence after a sudden illness. She was born in Springfield Ohio on May 17, 1960, lived in Green Cove Springs 20 years before moving to Raiford four years ago. She was employed with the Clay County School Board where she was Clerk of payroll. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church of Raiford. She was preceded in death by her mother, Grace Wright.

She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Gerald Michael Griffis II of Raiford; Two sons: Gerald Michael Griffis III (Whitney) of Raiford and John Matthew Griffis (Laura) of Orange Park; One granddaughter: Sawyer Griffis; Her father: John Wright of Green Cove Springs.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 31, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Fellowship Baptist Church of Raiford with Doctor Rev. Harold Hudson officiating. Family will receive friends at the church Saturday morning at 10:00 AM an hour prior to the Memorial Service. Burial will be held at a later date.
