John Paul Elixson

John Paul Elixson, 57, of High Springs, Florida passed away peacefully on August 17, 2018. John was born on September 4, 1960, in Mims, Florida, to the late Paul and Elizabeth Elixson. John was a self-employed farmer. He also worked as a mechanic. In his free time, John enjoyed hunting and fishing. He liked to talk with family, friends, and by passers. John especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. John is preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Elizabeth Elixson. One sister, Paulette Harn. Two nieces, Jennifer Blackwelder and Sherry Grubb. He leaves his beloved family to cherish his memory.
John Paul Elixson is survived by his loving wife of 14 years, Geraldine Malphurs Elixson. One son, Bryan Elixson. One daughter, Harley Raye Elixson. Two step children, Ashton Riner and Jacob Riner. One brother, Timmy Elixson. Three sisters; Katherine Bailey, Paula Medders (Mike), and Joann Stephens (Tim). Several nephews and nieces. He is also survived by four grandchildren. John was loved dearly, and he will be deeply missed.
