Jayla Rose Listzwan

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Jayla Rose Listzwan, age 5. She passed away peacefully in her mother’s arms on Saturday, December 7, 2024.

Jayla was born on February 22, 2019, in Lake City, Florida. In her five short yet precious years, Jayla brought immense joy and love to everyone around her. She entered this world with captivating eyes and a spirit that fought with unparalleled strength. Jayla’s presence was a beacon of light for her family and all who knew her. Her infectious smile radiated warmth, filling hearts with joy, and the room was always filled with sounds of her jingling toys.

Jayla will forever be cherished by her parents, James and Lori Listzwan of Alachua, Florida; her brothers, Ashton, Nehemiah, Haiden, and Dallas Listzwan; her sisters, Chloe, Faith, Allie, and Luna Listzwan; and a multitude of family and friends. She was a remarkable girl who fought diligently to remain with us before earning her angel wings.

 A burial service will be held at Dekle Cemetery on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at 2:00 PM under the direction on Archer-Milton Funeral Home in Lake Butler, Florida. 

In this time of profound sorrow, we cling tightly to the cherished memories and the boundless love that Jayla shared with each of us. Her spirit will remain alive in our hearts, an enduring light that will never fade. We find solace in the comforting thought that she is now united with her beloved brother, Jonathan, creating a bond that transcends this world.
