James "Buddy" Sapp

James Horace "Buddy" Sapp, 64, of Starke went home to the Lord July 19, 2016. Mr. Sapp was the son of the late J.S. and Wanda Sapp of Lawtey. He enjoyed spending his free time hunting and fishing with friends and family. Mr. Sapp was retired from the construction industry as a plasterer.

Mr. Sapp is survived by his daughter Kelli Davis and husband Wayne of Brooker, a son Jason Sapp of Starke, his brother Glenn Sapp of Lake Butler, his sisters B. J. Sloan of Lawtey and Bunky Padgett and husband Ben of Lawtey, and his grandchildren Jordan Davis, Whip Davis, and Riggs Davis.

Funeral services for Mr. Sapp will be held 11:00 a.m. July 22, 2016 at the Archer Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Lester Austin officiating. Interment will follow in Sapp Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Arrangements are under the direction of Archer Funeral Home in Lake Butler (386) 496-2008.
