James Lewis Rumph

Mr. James Lewis Rumph, age 81, of Lake Butler, Florida passed away peacefully on November 4, 2021, at his home. Mr. Rumph was born on August 26, 1940, in Lakeland, FL to the late Bernard and Ellen Johns Rumph. He worked with the City of Jacksonville as a plumbing supervisor until his retirement. In 2005, he and his wife, Barbara, moved from Jacksonville Beach to Lake Butler, FL where they enjoyed country living and retirement. He enjoyed working on model train sets and was an active member of the Union County Friends of the Library and Union County Historical Society. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife of 60 years, Barbara Bennett Rumph.

Mr. Rumph is survived by his daughter, Laura Rumph of Tallahassee, FL.
