James Kenneth Prescott

James Kenneth Prescott 78, of Waresboro, Georgia passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at Mayo Clinic in Waycross, Georgia. He was born on July 28, 1936 in Lake Butler to the late Walker Prescott and Mary Russ Prescott. Kenneth served in the United States Air Force and was a Tech Sergeant at the time of his discharge. He lived 35 years of his life in St Augustine and ten years in Waresboro Georgia. To know Kenneth was to love him. He is preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
Kenneth is survived by his loving wife Mary Virginia McCoy Prescott; Two sons: Gary Prescott (Jackie) and Terry Prescott both of Waresboro, Georgia; Four grandchildren Tyler, Rebekah, Mike, and Christina.
Funeral Services for Mr. Prescott will be held Monday, June 22, 2015 at 11:00am in the Archer Memorial Chapel with Bro. Mike Norman officiating. Burial will take place following funeral services at Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery in Lake City, Florida. Family invites friends for a visitation an hour prior to the funeral services.
