Ms. Ethel “Edie” Pearl Palmer, age 80, passed away on November 11, 2022, in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. Edie was born May 13, 1942, to the late Elden and Pearl Nettles Palmer in Auburndale, FL.

She resided in Lake Butler for about 30 years before moving to Mississippi to be with her daughter. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Lake Butler. Edie worked as a waitress for the majority of her life. She is preceded in death by her parents; her sister Jean Thurman, and brother Marshall Palmer.

Edie is survived by her children Sharon (Jack) Salisbury of Waveland, MS, Patricia Harris of McAlpin,  Fred “Buddy” (Ann) Harris of White Springs,  Robert Graydon Harris of Lake Butler, and Billy Joe Dorminey of Lake City; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.

A graveside service for Edie will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, November 17 at Oak Grove Cemetery, Lake Butler. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Archer-Milton Funeral Home, Lake Butler. 386-496-2008 www.archerfuneralhome.com
