Donna Denise Evans Coward

Donna Denise Evans Coward, a beloved mother, caretaker and friend to many, passed away on June 20th, 2023 in Lansing, MI after a brief illness. She was born on June 8th, 1955 in Gainesville, FL to Earl and Eunice Renfroe Evans. Donna was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Edgar Roberts.

Donna lived an outgoing and vibrant life full of friends and family. She was known as a social butterfly who loved to help others. Her career included work in various capacities, but she always considered her main job to be that of mother and caretaker.

For Donna’s final services, visitation will be held from 2:00pm to 3:00pm on June 29th at Archer-Milton Funeral Home located at 55 N. Lake Ave. in Lake Butler, FL. A funeral service will follow at the same location at 3:00pm. She will then be laid to rest during an interment at Elzey Chapel Cemetery in Lake Butler immediately following the service.

In her free time, Donna enjoyed listening to music and spending time outdoors with loved ones. Family and friends were very important to her and she filled their lives with laughter and cheer.

Donna is survived by her two sons: Christopher (Lisa) Brannan and William Paul Coward both of Michigan; as well as her grandchildren Christopher, Braxton, Dakota and Gracie. She is also survived by two brothers Roger (Yvonne) Evans and Richard Evans.
