Delores Holmes

Delores Ann Holmes (80), of Lake Butler, Florida passed away on December 16, 2014 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born March 20, 1934 in Raiford, Florida to Charlie and Ruby Wainwright. She retired from General Electric Corporation and Little Rainbows Learning Center. She is survived by her husband of sixty five years, Joseph William Holmes. She was a loving and supportive mother of five children. One son, Tommy Holmes of Lake Butler, four daughters, Patsy Fortner (Thomas) of Lake Butler, presided in death by Joanne Hundley (Conrad) of Lake Butler, Barbara Waddell (Cliff) of Lake Butler, and Brenda Croft (Billy) of Lake Butler. She is survived by fourteen Grandchildren and thirty-two Great Grandchildren. Visitation will be held Thursday, December 18, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Archer Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Friday, December 19, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Archer Funeral Home (386-496-2008)
