David Lamar Bass Sr

David Bass Sr, 71 of Starke, Florida passed away June 27, 2015 at Windsor Health and Rehabilitation Center in Starke. He was born on September 25, 1943 in Tarver, Georgia to the late David Lee Bass and Eula Mae Tomlinson Bass. Mr. Bass was a member of the Madison Street Baptist Church in Starke, Florida. He also served in the National Guard for a period of time.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years Glenda Wallace Bass; Son: David L Bass Jr (Laura) of Leesburg; four grandchildren: Megan, Audrey, Kady, and Connor; Brothers: Charles Bass (Cheryl) of LA, and Jerry Bass (Patti) of Statenville, Ga; Sisters: Doris Armstrong of Keystone Heights and Glenda Miller (Lamar) of Jennings, Florida.
Funeral Services for Mr. Bass will be held Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at 11:00am at Madison Street Baptist Church with Rev. Justin Kirksey officiating. Burial will follow funeral services at Sapp Cemetery. Family invites friends for a visitation an hour prior to funeral services. In lieu of flowers, the family ask that you make a donation to either the Leukimia foundation American Cancer Fund P.O.
