Danny Gordon Kent

Danny Gordon Kent, 67 years old, passed away unexpectedly in Ellaville, Georgia on February 19, 2021. We will miss his presence in our family, but he will always be remembered in our hearts. Danny was preceded in death by his parents Bob Gordon Kent and Myrtice Irene Ursry. Sister, Cherise Cook.

Those left behind are his wife, Judy Kent; three beautiful daughters, Lisa (Bart) Clemons, Danielle (Anthony) Stephens, and Sarah (Cody) Cauthen; stepmother, Norma Kent; brother, Johnnie (Linda) Kent; stepbrother, Harvey (Christy) Greene; sisters, Janice Chambers and Jeanie Starling; stepsisters, Leisa (Bob) Stewart, Paula Harden, and Cathy Ashberry; and his precious 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; he is also survived by two aunts, one uncle, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Danny was loved by many and will be missed.

A funeral to honor Danny’s life will be held on Saturday, February 27, at 11:00 am at the Archer Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends for a visitation beginning at 10:30 am. His service will be officiated by Pastor Jason Johns and Pastor Phillip Williams.
