Cherise Cook

Anita (Cherise) Cook, 44 years old passed away at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Fl. on September 20, 2018. We will miss her presence in our family, but she will always be remembered in our hearts. Cherise was preceded in death by her parents Clifton & Myrtice (Summers) Ursry. 2 Brothers Norman Ursry and Randy Ursry. Those left behind are her two beautiful daughters Amber Langford, Hyacinth Nielsen, Fiancé Jason Bielling, Brothers: Danny Kent, Johnnie (Linda) Kent, Wayne (Barbara) Ursry, Ricky (Monica) Ursry. Sisters: Janice (Rodney) Chambers, Jeanie Starling, Carolyn (Charles) Thomas, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The Memorial Services will be held at Archer Funeral Home 55 North Lake Ave Lake Butler, Fl - Saturday October 13th, 2018 at 2:00 pm.
