Charles Giles

Charles Howard Giles 73, of Raiford passed away peacefully Thursday, March 12, 2015 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on September 2, 1941 in Hahira, Georgia to the late Charles Ross Killabrew and Froncie Howard. Mr. Giles has lived in the New River Ranch Group Home in Raiford that is owned by Gerald and Joann Griffis for 40 years. He helped build the Fellowship Baptist Church which he was a member of. He enjoyed spending his time working in the yard and garden.
He is survived by brother: Colon Killabrew of Chiefland; Sister: Nancy McKoy of Jacksonville; Caregivers: Ted (Debbie) Foray of Raiford, Gerald (Joann) Griffis, and Dean (Deborah) Harden of Raiford. Consumers and staff of New River Ranch Group Home.
Funeral Services for Mr. Giles will be held Monday, March 16, 2015 at 10:30am at Fellowship Baptist Church in Raiford with Dr. Harold Hudson and Bro. Emory Eunice officiating. The arrangements are under the care of Archer Funeral Home, Lake Butler. 386-496-2008
