Catherine Lucile Tetstone

Mrs. Catherine Lucile Tetstone, age 83, of Brooker, FL passed away at Haven Hospice in Gainesville, FL on March 28, 2021 with her family by her side. She was born and raised in Brooker, FL and was a 1987 graduate of Union County High School. Catherine loved her church and has been a lifelong member of the Church of God in Prophecy in Brooker. She was a wonderful homemaker who enjoyed crocheting, gardening and reading. She is preceded in death by her parents, Truby and Mary Lou Tillman Hodge; her husband, Ruey Tetstone; and brothers, Gene and Eddie Hodge.

Catherine is survived by her son, Louis Tetstone of Brooker; daughters, Norma Bass of Pensacola; Sharon (Mathew) Ellis of Brooker, Barbara (Thomas) Allen of Trenton, Diane (Paul) Andrews of Venice, and Denise Musgrove of Brooker; her brother, John (Mary Faye) Hodge of Glen St. Mary; her sisters, Carolyn (Ray) Hall of Orange Park and Peggy (Ray) Willis of Macclenny; her grandchildren, Wesley, Bryan, Jason, Justin, Kari, Rebecca, Katie, Tony, Caden, Clarissa, Cassidy, Ciera, Bethany, Courtney, and Hannah; 16 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews also survive.

A graveside service to honor Catherine will be held at 12:00pm on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at Dedan Cemetery in Brooker, FL. The family will receive friends for a visitation beginning at 10:00am at Archer-Milton Funeral Home in Lake Butler, FL. The service will be officiated by Pastor Chuck House.
