Brinkley Lamar Tucker Jr

Brinkley Lamar Tucker, Jr., 43, of Brunswick, Georgia passed away Sunday, March 29, 2015 at his residence with family by his side. He was born on November 9, 1971 in Lake City, Florida and grew up in Brooker, Florida, attending Bradford County schools. Upon graduation, he served in the United States Army for nine years. After the honorable completion of his military service, Mr. Tucker entered the civilian workforce, working for Dauphin County Prison in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the Defense Logistics Agency in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania as a Police Officer, Security Specialist and Human Resources Specialist, and finally for the Department of Homeland Security as a Human Resources Specialist.

He is survived by his loving wife Rebekah Lynn Tucker (Blackstone); Sons: Jeffrey Prill (Kayla) of Clifford, Michigan and Dylan W. Tucker of Brunswick, Georgia; Daughters: Corrina Tucker of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania and Kasandra Tucker of Brunswick, Georgia; Grandson: Jase Prill of Clifford, Michigan; Parents: Brinkley Tucker Sr. and Mamie Clark Tucker of Brooker, Florida; Sisters: Tootsie (David) Young family and Lisa (Jack) Lundy family; Several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral Services for Mr. Tucker will be held Friday, April 3, 2015 at 11:00am at Brooker Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Sampson and Rev. Jim Countryman officiating. Burial will take place following funeral services at Dedan Cemetery also located in Brooker. Family invites friends for a visitation an hour prior to funeral services.
